Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed over to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Our Store is hosted by Shopify, but purchases made through this Store are made directly with BELLAMANTI, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the sale, delivery, product quality, returns, or any disputes related to purchases made from our Store.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process certain data to provide hosting and related Services.

11. Feedback and Reviews

If you submit feedback, reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for business purposes, unless prohibited by law.
