Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations, including conditions for eligibility and processing times.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, including all seals and labels.
For hygiene and safety reasons, any products showing signs of opening or use (including cosmetic and personal care products such as balms) are not eligible for return.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
This right applies only if the product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Opened cosmetic or hygiene products are excluded from the cooling-off period for health and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
