Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship from Slovenia to:

  • All European Union (EU) countries
  • The United Kingdom

International shipping outside the EU and UK may be available in special cases.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50. This offer applies to eligible destinations and standard shipping methods only and is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address or Missing Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. BELLAMANTI is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us on the same day of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged package and products
  • Your order number
  • Tracking information

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
